Halloween is celebrated in a variety of ways but one thing remains the same – the scare factor! Throughout the Halloween Season, people head to popular attractions such as Haunted Houses, Haunted Corn Mazes or Haunted Walks and Trails to feed their appetite for fright. Going on a Haunted Spook Walk is a way to switch things up a bit rather than just going to your ordinary Haunted House. You’ll have to prepare yourself for the terrorizing walk through wooded areas or paths with little to no light. You’ll barely be able to see in front of you, let alone what is waiting just a few feet ahead.
Haunted Spook Walks are infested with creatures of Halloween that await the sound of their next victim’s footsteps. Visitors try their best to be quiet but there’s no escaping the monsters that are lurking! There’s leaves and branches that will snap and shuffle below your feet, giving away your position. Then before you know it – out comes the monster! The Spook Walk’s monsters and Halloween creatures will sometimes try to get your attention, they’ll scream or whisper repeatedly in your direction as you try your best to swiftly pick up the pace, only to find they may be following you! You’ll be forced to wander through unknown territory inhabited with ghosts, witches, serial killers and other gruesome-faced monsters. You may try and investigate the land as best you can, but these creatures are just dying for you to discover them. And once they do, there’s no letting their victims go easily! Some will follow behind you as you make your way through the trails, as others are still poking out from the woods.
These types of walks and trails take place at an outdoor venue, park or in the woods. The paths are usually dimly lit, just enough for you to see where your footsteps are leading you. Some will have tour guides, while others leave the task all up to you – will you find your way out?! One thing is certain, before you reach the exit, there will be various scenes for you to get through first and they’ve been created to make you jump out of your skin!

Be sure to check ahead of time so you don’t get stuck with the creatures in the dead of night during a storm!
