If you grew up in the 90s, it’s almost impossible to forget the hit television show, ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ The anthology series was created for children who wanted to hear some eerie ghost stories told by members of The Midnight Society.
When we think of The Midnight Society, we can picture their special spot in the woods and the bonfire they’d have going while starting off their ghost stories.
The show originally aired on Halloween in 1991 and now, a fan film is in the making. According to Movie Pilot, the tribute film will premiere at a public screening at Guthrie Haunts in Riverside, Oklahoma on October 28th, 2017. For those of us who don’t live in Oklahoma, the movie will be available online on October 31st, 2017 – for free!
